My husband is a gadget guy, loves anything that is electronic and really loves things that he can hook into our home network. We were sent a mydlink-enabled Wireless N Day/Night Home Network Camera from D-Link (http://mydlink.dlink.com/products/DCS-932L) and this is a gadget right up his alley.

It took my husband all of 5 seconds to figure out where to set this camera up, he put it in our front window facing our front door so we can see who is knocking at our door (cue Men at Work….) Set up was a snap took him all of 5 minutes and we were able to see outside. And here’s a really cool aspect of this camera it has night vision!

 It’s amazing and it’s accessible from the mydlink site or you can download their app for either your iPhone or Android phone. It’s so cool to see who is standing outside, and with the motion sensing option on the camera whenever someone walks by or knocks the camera will turn on and you can even record the video directly into your hard drive.

D-Link makes great products, my husband swears by their routers and is a name he trusts and likes. This is a great camera that will give me piece of mind on night’s when my husband isn’t home to see who’s outside and if I want to answer the door or not.

This would be a great gift idea, it would give someone peace of mind. And it is pretty cool to have. This is a wonderful present!
