Our family have always been very big Hershey fans. Being from PA how can we not love Hershey? And yes we visit Hershey’s Chocolate world at least once a year (we will be visiting later this month, I will be sure to tell you all about it in a blog post later this month) it is such a great place, the town is just lovely. Now who would not love to live in a town (or a least visit) where it smells like chocolate?
The Hershey Pieces collection takes Hershey favorites and makes them into little pieces, with thin candy shell. Some of the current flavors are: Reese’s Pieces, Almond Joy Pieces, Special Dark Pieces, and York Pieces.
I was able to try out the delicious new flavor: Hershey Pieces with Almonds.
Now I have to tell you I love Hershey with Almonds chocolate bars, so I had high expectations for the Hershey Pieces with Almonds, and they did not disappoint. There was just the right amount of chocolate, and a nice sized almond in each piece. The bag was filled with light brown, dark brown and cream colored pieces that I just ate up. My daughter asked Daddy, what are those? And after that I knew I was in trouble, after trying one she wanted more, but lucky for me the bag was a nice size so I had plenty to share.
I would love to get these again as soon as they hit the market. But for now, I will have to make it a point to try the York Pieces. They must be good…..

I think that I'll have to go with Reese's PB cups as well. There isn't much better combination than chocolate with peanut butter. I am a fan of Hershey's Special Dark chocolate too, even though it isn't all that dark in the grand scheme of things.

Love it – All I needed were the chocolates anyway!!
I know that I am game for this, anything chocolate. Add the almonds and great Hershey's flavor and it that much better.
