DownEast Basics Girls - Review (And a Giveaway)

I would like to introduce to a place that is great for children's clothes, DownEast Basics.

The clothing is super cute and the prices are very reasonable. They have so many great items here are a few of my favorites:

When I was asked to do a review for DownEast Basics Girls, I was so excited and I jumped at the chance! I picked the Rock and Roll jean skirt for my daughter.  It is a soft yet tough kind of skirt, just like my daughter. She is a really girly girl, but she is not afraid to get dirty and have fun.

I picked this skirt because, my daughter just loves to wear dresses and shirts. She would wear them at all time if we would let her.  I also picked the Rock and Roll skirt because my daughter could match her daddy. My husband had quite a few ripped up jeans, and she is a daddy's girl and matching him would be fun.

On to the skirt itself, it is well made and soft. You ask how can a ripped up skirt be well made?? Well this one is. The rips are only on the top of the jean skirt, behind the rips are fabric. There will be no skin shown under the rips that is for sure with this skirt. The skirt also has the waist extenders, which I think are a must with kids clothes. The extenders let my daughter grow with the skirt, and she will get much more wear out of it because of those cool extenders.

Here is a picture of my daughter wearing her now favorite skirt. (She is wearing this with her favorite hello kitty top not from Down East Basics) I am looking forward to dressing up the skirt this winter with some colorful tights. She is going to look so cute!
