Disney Recipe – Strawberry Soup 1900 Park Fare Grand Floridian

With the last month of summer upon us, there is still time to enjoy this delicious treat, this soup is a big hit, it is delicious and tastes like melted strawberry ice cream, here is the recipe to share this with your family.
Strawberry Soup - Grand Floridian
2lb. 8oz. strawberries (frozen variety,thaw with juice)
1lb. Heavy Cream
2oz.Sour Cream
3oz. Yogurt
1/2 lb. Fresh Stawberries
Mix Strawberries, heavy cream, sour cream and yogurt. Beat slowly until well mixed and a smooth consistency. Chill, shake well before serving. Add fresh strawberries halves as garnish.
This recipe is a big especially with kids, it is delicious and it will sure cool you off in this summer heat.
