I’ve taken over my lovely wife’s blog because I need to let you know about something special. No not me Dave’s Sweet Tooth! The tag line on Dave’s Sweet Tooth’s website (http://www.davessweettooth.com/index.html) is .. it’s toffee. I beg to differ! I’ve had toffee, a lot of toffee from commercial to handmade I’ve had it all….or so I thought.

I love toffee, not as much as cinnamon, but it’s not too far behind. I took a bite of Dave’s toffee and instantly fell in love with toffee all over again. I kid you not, this toffee is THAT GOOD. It’s the perfect balance of everything, not too sweet and not too hard. I want to be able to enjoy toffee not worry about breaking a tooth, Dave’s toffee is perfect just hard enough for that snap but not brick like. And the flavor is perfect, I’ve had flavorless toffee and toffee that put me into a diabetic coma and I’m not a diabetic!

I told my wife if I drop dead tomorrow make sure some of this toffee is buried with me, just in case I go down and not up I need something to bribe the devil with and this toffee will buy my way out. A 1.5 pound mason jar of toffee is $22.00 and the 12 ounce mini mason is $12.00, well worth the money this toffee has my seal of approval.
