We met at a Chicago book signing by a wondrous author, Richard Bach, who writes about soulmates and airplanes. We decided to express our joy by flying high together inside a passionate soft pretzel business and nurture the world with our deliciously twisted and inspired products.
We’ve added a unique twist to the ancient pretzel by creating a variety of delicious flavors, using custom recipes and premium ingredients. Twisted by hand and baked from scratch, our unique soft pretzels make a wonderful snack anytime!
Pretzels for Peace™ is an initiative of Kim & Scott's Gourmet Pretzels that delivers a strong company commitment to make a difference in our world community, with the purpose to help bring peace throughout. Kim & Scott's Gourmet Pretzels strives to support organizations that:
• Teach children to embrace diversity
• Work to promote peace in communities
• Make a positive difference
• Kim & Scott's donates pretzels and dollars to a variety of events in and outside of Chicagoland, like the Breast Cancer Walk, Special Olympics, and MS walk, and numerous youth organizations.
• Kim & Scott's donated 5% of all online sales to Y-ME during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and 5% of online sales to Children's HeartLink during Heart Month. The Twisting Café contributed $1.00 for every "Twist For The Cause" Twist 'N Top and $1.00 for every "Love Knot" Twist 'N Top, for Y-ME and Children's HeartLink, respectively. We have also committed to planting a tree for every online sale during the month of April for Earth Day and have decided to continue with this partnership with "Trees For The Future" and are planting a tree for each new member to sign up for our pretzel club.
• Kim & Scott's also donates pretzels to food banks for the homeless.

My Review:
I simply adored these pretzels, one was better than the last. My favorite one was the Apple stuffed pretzel, what a great dessert option. It was filled with apples and cinnamon, it was just like a pretzel apple pie, it may sound strange but trust me it is unique and delicious. The Spinach Feta was cheesy goodness! My second favorite was the Pizza Pretzel, it was like a yummy easy to eat less messy pizza. My daughter favorite was the Grilled Cheese pretzel, she is a huge grilled cheese fan (aren't all kids). And of course my husband gravitated to the spicy Jalapeno Pretzel, he was impressed. I tasted it as well, and it had a nice spice but it did not knock me out, that is good.
On top of making great tasting pretzels I love the Pretzels for Peace program that Kim and Scott have, that is so great. They really care about their community.
