Does a little girl in your life love Monster High? Well my daughter is obsessed with it! She simply adores anything and everything that has to do with the monster franchise. Monster High: Why Do Ghouls Fall In Love sees Draculaura prepare for her extra special sweet sixteen hundredth birthday party at Monster High. But Draculaura’s high expectations for her party lead to deadly results for her social life when she is faced with a love emergency with the arrival of new vampire heartthrob, Valentine, She has to decide between practical boyfriend Clawd and Valentine, the new arrival, who turns out to be a romantic blast from her past.

But things are not all as they seem with Valentine as Draculaura and her ghoulfriends discover his sinister plan to steal her heart (literally!). Will they be able to help her in time? Will Cupid be a villian or a hero? And most importantly…will Draculaura pass her driving test?

In Monster High: Friday Night Frights, the girls once again team up for ghoul power as Monster High races towards the Skulltimate Roller Maze (SKRM) finals. The school’s all-boy team faces defeat when their star players, Clawd and Deuce, are mysteriously injured, and school spirit seems dead and buried. Frankie breaks the mould to take on the “boys only” sport and signs up the rest of her ghoulfriends to restore Monster High’s glory.

Bringing their own sense of style, flair and unique monster talents to the pitch, the team looks set to play in the SKRM championship until their rival team starts to play dirty tricks. The fate of the sport and their school’s cred are at stake as they skate for the finish line and ‘go out there and play like ghouls!”

Our Take:

We have a kid who loves Monster High, she thinks they’re just about the coolest thing going and she was very happy to be able to check out the great new dvd. This is not just any dvd, it is a double feature. When my daughter found out that she would be able to review  the NEW Monster High double feature disk Monster High: Why Do Ghouls Fall In Love and Monster High: Friday Night Frights she squealed!

So your little girl will want to watch each show over and over again. She watched each show twice, and I am surprised she did not wear the batteries out on the portable dvd player because she watched the shows  so much. My daughter loved both of the shows but her favorite was Why Do Ghouls Fall In Love, because the show was featured around Draculara, one of my daughters favorite character.  My daughter thought it was so cool that she had a doll from the Friday Night Frights show, that she had to pose with Operetta and the DVD.

So if a little girl in your life that loves these monsters, all of your favorites are in the DVD including, Frankie Stein, Draculaura, Clawdeen Wolf, Lagoona Blue and many many more! So if your daughter has a favorite she will be in the game and your daughter will love watching this show. With the Easter coming up ( it will be here before you know it) this game will make a great basket stuffer for  that special someone on your gift list this year.
