Our Take:

Being huge Disney fans we were very excited to see another Tinkerbelle adventure. When my daughter saw this dvd she was so excited, and she was a bit confused… Knowing the movie was not out until 10/23 she asked why we had it? When did my daughter become a movie aficionado? None the less she was very excited to see the new movie. We have been seeing toys and costumes for this movie for a while now and now that she can see the story on dvd she was bursting with excitement.

For this special movie I made some white “snow covered” cupcakes and we got comfy and enjoyed a cupcake and the movie.  This was a great movie that introduces a wonderful new character Periwinkle, Tinkerbelle’s sister. Not really a spoiler, after the reviews and previews I knew she was her sister.  I loved the color and look of the winter scenes. Such a fun story, and a great message.

I have heard that you will be able to meet  Tinkerbelle’s sister Periwinkle in the Disney Parks. Of course the next question out of my daughter mouth was when are we going back to Disney World? Not until next year unfortunately.  I hope  Periwinkle will still be meeting when we go, my daughter would love to meet her.  But back to the movie… I would recommend this great movie for any Disney fan, especially little girls from 5-12 my daughter just loved it and wanted to watch it again and again.  This film would make a great stocking stuffer, for any special l girl on your holiday gift list this year, make sure to pick up a copy.
